What are the Test and Tag Training Regulations?
Where is your training held?
We currently have 2 sites, Moorabbin (VIC) and St Mary's (NSW)
Do you offer On-site Training?
Yes. We provide On-Site training for groups of 4 - 12 in Victoria and NSW.
How long does the Test and Tag Course take?
Test and Tag Training Course is completed in 1 day.
Can l complete the Plug Top Replacement Course on the same day as Test and Tag Course
Yes. If you book both courses at the same time you will also receive a 5% discount. This applies to training in Melbourne or Sydney.

Do l have to be an electrician?
No. The only requirement is that you are over the age of 16 and can read and write English.
Do you cater for dietary requirements and food allergies in your course?

Can l get a discount if l book 2 courses?
Yes. We offer a $26.35 discount for booking a Test and Tag and Plug Top Replacement Course.
Will l receive a Licence Card?
If you pass the course you will receive a Licence Card. Your Licence number is unique and lost or stolen cards can be replaced.
Do you sell Tags?
Yes, we do. We have been manufacturing and supplying Test Tags since 1996. We offer various different grades to suit your industry application including customising the tag to include your company name, phone, licence number etc.
Do you have different coloured tags?
Yes. Building and Constructions sites require different colour tags.
Can we get bar codes printed on the tags?
Yes. Sequential numbering, Bar codes, QR Codes
Is there a minimum order for custom tags?
Yes. Custom tags are generally sold per colour in packets of 100. Min Qty per colour is 5 packets.
What is the right equipment for my use?

Can we purchase equipment from your company?
Yes, we offer a complete range from entry level to 3 Phase Testing Equipment, Tag Printers and accessories.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex (2.5% Fee) EFT, Cheque.
Do you provide Calibration of Appliance Testers?
Yes. All portable appliance testers require calibration every 12 months to ensure they meet the thresholds set.
What is the warranty on PATS?
All PAT's come with 12 months warranty and certificate of conformity.
Can l test RCD's with a PAT Tester?
Yes. Many PAT's have this feature built in. SEAWARD PAC3760DL
What do l need to test 3 Phase Equipment?
You will require one of the two options below in order to conduct 3 Phase testing.
